Okay, admit it. Every so often, on that rare morning, you crave a
McDonald’s Egg McMuffin. Okay, you caught me. I’m totally guilty of
this. BUT, I never really thought about doing it myself the way they do
it. Making it look like theirs. Sure I make an egg sandwich in the
mornings, but this is brillant! Who would have thought to use the
muffin pan to make the eggs perfect and then bake them!! Genius!! For
