You can get free Chapstick at Walgreens.  This week Walgreens has Chapstick on sale for 99 cents.  This offer is advertised in the online sales circular as a bonus buy.  The monthly coupon booklet has a coupon for $1/1 Chapstick 0.15oz.  Use this in-store coupon to get it free.  At the register the coupon will self-adjust to make the Chapstick free.  Although the coupon shows the Chapstick Shield, it is worded as $1/1 Chapstick Lipcare.
This is confirmed as working on Chapstick Vanilla, regular, mint, apple, and cherry.
