One way that we use Pace salsa is to make Salsa chicken.
Here is a quick recipe:
Put 1 lb. Chicken breast in crockpot, put jar of salsa overtop, can of blackbeans (drained), and can of corn (drained). Cook on high for 3-4 hours until chicken shreds easily. Shred chicken and serve over white rice, top with sour cream, and fresh avocado (optional). It’s one of our favorite quick and easy meals in our house!
