Combining Buy One Get One Free Coupons with Cents Off Coupons @ CVS: No longer permitted

There have been rumors off and on for weeks of CVS changing this policy and apparently as of this month, July 2011, you can no longer use a cents off coupon with a buy one get one free coupon as in the past.  A couple of readers have reported seeing this on other sites and today I found Didie, at We Use Coupons, reporting calling customer service twice and asking about this. She was told that emails went out this month to all stores saying it was no longer to be practiced at CVS.
