I received this email and thought I would share. You should really consider signing up for this. I get paid $3 for every survey I
do (the surveys aren't that long either) and I occasionally get to test free products. 
I receive about 3 surveys a month which is approximately an extra $10 a month (you're not going to get rich doing this but every little bit sure does help!).
