Wow, what a box of Lego… This is bigger than I expected, I thought that maybe it would have all small parts in it, but there is a good number of full size bricks here, as well as special parts like prited bricks with eyes and other things. There are some flat plates, some round, some 1×6 and 1×8 type bricks and flats as well as 2×2, 2×4, 2×6, & 2×8 bricks and flats.
Plenty of bricks to keep a kid busy for a long time.
I have three young kids, two of whom can play with this. My 6 year old loves the huge buildings and towers you can make with this, the options are nearly endless. My 3 year old is learning the Lego system and loves trying to copy my 6 year old.
Lego normally costs about 10 cents a brick, but sometimes is as cheap as 5 cents a brick, so any price below $160 is normal and any price below $80 is an outright steal for this set.
