Pam Cooking Spray: Mail-in-rebate

Pam Cooking Spray has a mail-in-rebate for up to $4 in value.  This rebate is good on any purchase of Pam Original, Olive Oil, or Butter. Purchases must be made between October 1, 2011 – April 27, 2012.
In order to receive your rebate you must include the following:

• Cash receipt of purchase between 10/1/2011 – 4/27/2012 (with purchase price circled)
• Completed Rebate Form (must be received by May 27, 2012
