Here’s a great way to get your kids out of the house and doing
something active this summer! At bowling alleys across the country,
Kids Bowl Free all summer long! Just head on over
here and click your state on the map to find a participating location near you.
Note that you will need to sign up your children (even if you have
done this in the past) and they will then be able to get 2 FREE games of
bowling per day. Each bowling alley has its own start and finish dates
and age restrictions, which you will see when you select one from the
list. There is also a family pass available for $24.95, which allows
adults to bowl with the kids at a huge discount.
Keep in mind that you do have to pay taxes as well as the shoe rental
fee, which does vary by location. Out of curiosity, I randomly called
several participating bowling alleys and the shoe rentals varied from
$2-$3.28 per shoe rental depending on age. As a result, I do recommend
that you call your
local participating bowling alley to find out the shoe rental cost before you make a special trip.
