Note that the $50 threshold is BEFORE coupons and tax so between sales, register rewards and coupons you should have no problem reaching that amount! To print out your coupon rebate form simply go HERE to sign in with HealthyEssentials.com. Keep in mind that you might need to register before having access to the form.
Once you’ve done so you’ll then have access the coupons page where you can select and print the form. Note that your $50 threshold does not need to be in one transaction so make sure you circle the participating products on your various receipts before sending them in. There is a limit of one offer per household and they must have it sent in by October 31, 2012. Here’s the list of qualifying products…
