JCPenney just announced that they’ll be offering up FREE haircuts for Breast Cancer Survivors for the entire month of October at every JCPenney salon across the USA! How cool is that?!  Just be sure to call or visit your local JCP Salon now to schedule a free appointment while they last. Also note that JCPenney will be donating $1 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation for the first 50,000 haircuts.
