JCPenney ran a free kids’ haircut promotion in August and it went so
well, they’re making free haircuts a permanent event! Starting November
4th, schedule
free kids’ haircuts at your JCPenney salon every Sunday.
There are a limited number of appointments, so call and book well in
advance! This will be officially announced on the JCPenney website later
this week, but
