My daughter had a ballerina birthday party and these were perfect favors for the occasion. They come individually packed, and we passed them out to each girl as she arrived to wear over their bathing suits until swim time. The elastic band on one of them broke, but I’m not sure whether this was a result of the tutu quality or the 6 year old’s misuse. We had extra, and it wasn’t an issue.
