While browsing through the recipes, you can select your favorite ones by clicking on the + sign and either adding them to your weekly meal planner or to a virtual cookbook that includes your favorite meals. Your weekly meal planner will even show you the total calories for each meal! From there, you can also create your grocery shopping list based on the recipes that are in your meal planner. Just add the grocery items that you’ll need to snag at the store to your shopping list, print out your list (or email it to your phone), and take it with you to the store! Easy!
